Our General Manager, Wayne Jones, has been a licensed and bonded Broker in San Diego since 1985 and was President of Knight & Carver Yacht Sales, owner and founder of Southwestern Yacht Sales and recently Vice-President of West Bay Sonship as well as being a Broker in Fort Lauderdale. Our Sales Manager, Leanne McNally, has been in the marine industry since 1994 with experience in yacht sales and yacht management. Leanne has her ASA Bareboat certification and founded the W.O.W. "Women On the Water" program at a local sailing school in 2006. The W.O.W. program was designed to trained boat handling and confidence in a supportive environment to female boaters. She has sailed and raced extensively, taken navigation classes, and been involved in all aspects of yacht sales.
